Pricing the service
With computer support and related items, pricing is not an exact science. We know that we like to have a 'ball park' figure when we want repairs on our posessions, thus we make every attempt to do the same for you. Generally speaking, we operate on a 'time and materials' basis as our clients have favored that approach more readily.

Pre-paid and/or Premium Service
Our Pre-Paid Services Program is for clients who desire discounted billing rates and guaranteed service level (aka, when we arrive and resolve the issue). We can work with you to come up with a plan that fits your budget. In this scenario though, you are PRE-PAYING but for that you are getting improved response time.
Depending on your situation and needs, we will decide how much you should pre-pay and the related rate. As a general rule, we expect a pre-paid value of $750 to receive a $75/hour rate. The more you pre-pay, the more negotiable the hourly rate (within reason).
