We don't necessarily intend for you to have to scroll to this point, but since you're here, we'll talk a bit more about what we do in the way of computer and network support.
What areas and types of support and repair do we participate in?

- Network Support (wireless, wired, combination -- wiring installations, add a jack, move a jack, VPN installations with Watchguard and Snapgear products)
- Web Site Design (get you on the web with a web site design that is pleasing to you and your customers -- and provides a benefit too!) We'll do web site design for anyone and anywhere. Fortunately there aren't many physical limits to the internet, so we can develop your web site no matter where you are!
Vail Computer Support and Vail Computer Repair
For Vail computer support or Vail computer repair, rely on us. The terms support and repair are generally used to mean the same thing -- in the customer's eyes. However, the slight difference is when you have a broken computer part -- that is a case where REPAIR is warranted. In any case. we welcome the opportunity to work with you. Network Support, Network Installation, Wireless network
We are happy to work on your Vail Wireless network installation in any capacity (repair, consult, replace). Wireless network installations can be tricky and aggravating -- if there has not been some degree of investigation into a) how your network is being used b) who is using your network c) the real mission of your network and many others. Wireless network installations in the Vail area are everywhere - there is even a Vail Wireless public network that can be used in some areas. We also consult and install VPN appliances (an appliance is a fancy name for a 'thingy'). A VPN is used to allow you to have access to your office network from a remote location. SnapGear VPN appliances work great and setup easily. One of the important factors is to have a high speed network connection -- and at both ends. Many people don't have the fastest connection at home (simply to save funds -- makes sense). We'll help you determine what you need to make your VPN work as well as you wish.
